As part of that competitive examination, certain physical tests had to be passed. The claimant requested, through administrative channels, a review of his score in the examination phase, for which he requested the videos of the physical tests he completed.<\/p>\n\n<p>After the update of his score was denied at the administrative stage, legal proceedings were initiated through administrative litigation. In the context of those legal proceedings, we formalised an engagement letter for a computer forensics expert report on the originality and non-manipulation of the physical test videos.<\/p>\n\n<p>The videos recorded a series of repetitions of <em>bench press<\/em> and <em>pull-ups<\/em> performed by the claimant. However, the examining board responsible for supervising the competitive examination process deemed a number of repetitions of those physical tests invalid. It should also be noted that the videos were recorded from 3 cameras, positioned from different viewpoints, covering a 180\u00b0 angle.<\/p>\n\n<p>With this working scenario, in addition to assessing the originality and non-manipulation of the videos, the expert report provided graphic evidence of the repetitions that were not counted.
